Hey guys, another great podcast. I really enjoyed this one, and am glad that you mentioned Resonance of Fate/End of Eternity. I was semi-excited for it, but after playing the demo, I was completely turned off.

I have a question about the Japanese gaming consumers. How does an average Japanese gamer feel about a game like Demon's Souls? I mean, technically, it's a JRPG that plays more like a WRPG, and it was rather difficult. To my knowledge, it didn't sell well in Japan, but it was a sleeper hit in America. I guess I'm just curious about how a game like Demon's Souls is received in Japan.

Thanks!

-Josh

Any chance you could mention how the three of you got jobs and currently make a living in Japan?

What are your impressions of Final Fantasy Versus XIII?

Really, Richard? No complaints with Batman Arkham Asylum? It's my favorite game of 2009 but I still found the final third to be pretty lackluster. The Killer Croc segment dragged, Poison Ivy didn't need two lifebars, and the final battle was just another Titan fight with a tiny twist.

Had no idea about Borderlands getting censored. Why, dismemberment issues?

Really enjoy listening to these podcasts. I'm currently eating up every bit of info I can gather on FFXIII, so your podcasts have definitely been very useful so far.

Going to the subject of the english voice-actors, I'm actually really looking forward to the english cast for FFXIII. To give you guys some idea of who some of the actors are:

Ali Hillis (the actor portraying Lightning) actually played the character Liara T'Soni in the very popular Mass Effect series. I'm very much looking forward to this, because Liara was a very shy, laid-back character and Lightning seems like the complete opposite.

Troy Baker (portraying Snow Villiers) voice-acted various characters in Darksiders, as well as voice-acting Yuri Lowell in the NA version of Tales of Vesperia.

Most of the other voice actors haven't been revealed yet, so I'll just have to wait and see for the rest of them I suppose. Either way, just thought I'd give you guys an idea of who we've got for the English version of FFXIII

nice job on the podcast. u hit it on the spot with ff13, and everything u guys talk about always seem really interesting. ive always been facinated with japanese culture, video games, history, everything really, so the fact u guys are from japan and talking about video games and japan itself makes u guys awesome. i really enjoyed both episodes and cant wait for the next one. so i have a few questions. demons souls is pretty popular here in the u.s. have u guys played it and how is it over there? another thing, when u all moved to japan, what were some of the most apparent and subtle differences between the japanese culture and the one u previously were accustomed too? and my final question, whats the food like over there? thanks and keep up the good work. btw how long does it take for u guys to put up a episode
